Welcome to my humble abode..

The past two days have been nuts.. I FINALLY have everything in place, unpacked and in it's perfect spot. So.. bring on my first visitors!

Justin and Lauren.. They came down to see my apartment tonight, and I was so excited to show them everything and give Lauren her cupcake I made her for her Birthday! I had to test out the new kitchen so I baked a bunch of cupcakes!

Im loving Las Colinas. I am finally starting to find my way around, or at least to one main shopping center with just about everything I need for now. I feel like a bit of an Arizonian though, because I am literally FREEZING all day, everyday!! I have been wearing sweat pants and jackets for the past few days because it is bitter cold.. I dont know what I am going to do when it's December!!

Well, goodnight to all.. We have a big day tomorrow.. Going to a Soccer Game and then KYLIE is coming down to stay with me and see my new place tomorrow! I am so excited to have visitors already!!

Changes: Scottsdale to Dallas.

Hi there!! Hopefully this will keep you updated.. its kind of for me more than for you all. But if you are following and interested, I hope you enjoy! This blog will follow the recent change in my life. 

I have lived in Scottsdale, AZ for the past two years. I attended school there and started working at the Arizona Biltmore Resort as a pastry cook. I did events, plate ups, worked in the restaurant, and did a lot of baking in the bake shop! I learned so much from the Biltmore, and made some good friends while there! 

But, I had to see if the grass could get even greener?!
So HERE WE ARE.. DALLAS, TEXAS!

I moved into my new little loft today in Dallas, Texas! I don't have cable until tomorrow morning so I can't watch the first game of the Texas Rangers World Series! Hints why I started my blog now. 

So.. for Day 1 of this new adventure and chapter of my life.. 

It was a busy day... moved my stuff into my apartment with the help of my wonderful mom, and Harold. They are the best. I am so thankful for their help!! 

I still have TONS of boxes! and its going to take me A WHILE to unpack everything!

Anyways.. for the good stuff.. I start work at the Ritz Carolton on Monday!! I will be working at Fearing's restaurant doing Pastry!

Ill keep you posted on the unpacking and job.
